Pork belly cut into slices

Slice the lotus root and cook it in a pot of boiling water

Boil the lotus root and soak it in water. Slice the pears and set aside

Prepare some auxiliary ingredients: ginger, garlic, and crushed chili

Marinate the meat slices with cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper and starch for 10 minutes

Heat a wok until enough oil and sauté the chili, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until it changes color
