  1. Cut the dried tofu into strips, shred the green pepper, chop the garlic, and tear the oyster mushroom into small pieces.

  2. After preheating the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature rises, fry the garlic and Sichuan pepper until fragrant.
