  1. Eggs, sugar and dough, let rise for 20 minutes.

  3. Cut into thin noodles.

  4. The cut noodles are over-oiled and fried to a firm surface, then take them out quickly.

  5. Wash the wok, add sugar, water, honey and sugar-osmanthus and boil until it bubbles.

  6. Pour the syrup into the fried noodles, stir, put it into a container to compact the mixed noodles, sprinkle with shredded coconut, wait until cool and cut into pieces.
