Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Remove the seeds from the green and red peppers and slice the ginger.

Cut the onion into small dices, cut 1/3 of the green and red pepper into small dices, and cut the rest into small pieces.

Boil the water in the pot, blanch the squid tentacles and drain.

Put oil in the pot, add squid tentacles and stir-fry until the water dries up.
