Overview
I had some meat left over from making burgers yesterday. I fried it and used it to steam eggs today. The noodles are also delicious.

Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. (The rest is used for mixing noodles)

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well. Add water (1:1.5 ratio between eggs and water) and mix well.

Sift the egg mixture once.
-
Pour the egg liquid into a small cup, cover with plastic wrap, and poke a few small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick.

Pour cold water into the pot. After the water boils, steam for about 9 minutes. After turning off the heat, simmer for about 3 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of minced meat.
