Ingredients: wild mountain bamboo shoots (soaked in advance).

Chicken feet (washed).

Zucchini, ginger slices.

Wash the soaked wild mountain bamboo shoots, take them out, cut them into sections on the chopping board, and set aside.

Wash the zucchini, cut into pieces on the chopping board, and set aside.

Put the chicken feet into a pot of water, add some cooking wine, add ginger slices and boil for 7 minutes.

Then, skim off the foam on top, add the chopped wild bamboo shoots and bring to a boil, cooking for 3 minutes.
