Fried beans with French fries
Overview
Use French fries to stir-fry beans. Do you think this is a black dish? You might even say it’s a waste of French fries. But for those of us who can’t eat more meat, this dish is absolutely delicious. For this dish, Sister Xin kept using a small amount of oil to fry the beans, and then added water after frying to reduce the excess oil. The potatoes are called potatoes in Cantonese. Sister Xin used them to replace the meat. After frying, she refried the beans. The aroma is not inferior to that of the meat. It is worth trying.
