【Condensed Milk Whole Grain Waffles】
Overview
Whole grain waffles have always been my favorite snack. They are paired with milk for breakfast and black tea for snacks. This whole grain waffle is a new take on scones and biscuits. Of course, it has appeared in my oven many times and is one of my go-to bakes. In modern dietary life, we eat more refined white flour, and everyone is also looking for ways to maintain health with whole grains. Rye flour and whole wheat flour are the two most common coarse flours in baking. They can be added appropriately to breads, cakes, and biscuits to increase their taste. Condensed milk, whole grains, black sesame seeds and butter are combined, slowly expand in the oven, and the aroma is overflowing! This waffle is very suitable for the elderly. As a reminder, it should be eaten with whole grains. Ensuring a healthy balance is the key!
