Add an appropriate amount of salt and let it sit for half a day to allow the clams to spit out the sediment

Cut the garlic and ginger into mince, cut the chili pepper into small pieces, add them to the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant

Add clams, add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry

Stir-fry over high heat until all clams open their shells, add chopped green onion and serve
