Bread machine version of pork floss
Overview
Ever since I got the bread machine, I have made my own meat floss at home and never bought commercially available meat floss. Using a bread machine to make meat floss is convenient, fast, and saves time and effort. After the meat is cooked, let the bread machine do the work. You can relax with a cup of tea and watch a movie without worrying about the meat being burnt. I've made pork and chicken dishes, both are pretty much the same. The chicken floss is softer, but otherwise there is no difference. The prepared meat floss has many uses. It can be used to make the filling of bread or made into cake rolls. It tastes very good.

Pour the shredded pork into the bread bucket, pour in cooking oil, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in order, mix well, and start the jam program of the bread machine. After half a program, add a little white sesame seeds and start the bread machine again until the program ends. Take out the prepared pork floss and keep it cool and sealed.
