Overview
Clams, commonly known as clams, have tender meat and are delicious stir-fried and souped. Summer is coming, and clam and loofah soup has become a regular on the dining table again.

Peel the loofah and cut into cubes.

Soak it and wash the clams.

Boil water in a pot and add clams.

After all the clams have opened their mouths, take them out, pour the soup into a clean basin, and let it settle.

Add ginger and green onions into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the clam soup.

Add loofah pieces.

Cook the loofah and add the clams.

Add salt to taste and serve.
