Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter.

Put all the flour ingredients except butter into the bread machine and knead the dough.

After adding butter, knead out a thin film, roll it into a round shape and perform basic fermentation until it doubles in size.

Just mix the filling ingredients.

Roll the dough into a 30*23 cm piece, apply the filling, roll up and tighten the seal.

Cut into 9 portions. Place in a 9-inch baking pan for 2nd fermentation.

Ferment until 8 minutes full, brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle a layer of almond slices, and bake on the lower shelf at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes. Color and cover with tin foil.

Remove from the mold and let cool.
