Wash the required fried rice ingredients

Chop the lean meat and shrimp skin into mince; cut the bacon into small pieces; cut the okra into cubes; break the eggs into a bowl; chop the chives into chopped green onions

Since the pot is relatively large, here’s what a lazy person would do: add a small amount of oil; put the eggs, lean meat, bacon and okra in the wok one after another; stir-fry the ingredients in the order they are added to the wok, and add salt to the okra

After stir-frying, mix together and add onion and saute until fragrant; add lily and rice, stir-fry and add soy sauce to taste; finally add chopped green onion and black pepper, stir-fry well and serve
