Ham mixed with fungus
Overview
I used ham, fungus, and coriander to make a very Chinese-style, simple cold dish. It is very fresh and delicious. It is good for breakfast or as a snack before a meal. Eat the ham first, it is indescribably delicious, exuding the aroma of acorns, roasted hazelnuts and wild flowers. After chewing, you will have a sweet feeling in your throat. Then eat the sweet and sour fungus and coriander, one strong and one soft like a couple, ham mixed with fungus, such a luxurious snack!
