Prepare materials. Cut the red pepper into rings and shred the onion and ginger.

Wash the chayote, cut off both ends, and slice it first

Cut the chayote into shreds and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions, ginger and red pepper rings.

Add shredded chayote and stir-fry a few times

Add in Maggi Fresh and season to taste.
