Bitter Melon Soup

Bitter melon tastes sweet and refreshing, and has the effect of clearing away heat, relieving heat, improving eyesight and detoxifying.

Bitter melon and meat are ready for later use

Soak prunes in hot water

Wash and cut the bitter melon, remove the seeds and set aside

Chop meat, prunes and vegetables and set aside

Mix the minced meat and prunes with sugar and salt and set aside

Squeeze the meat filling into the bitter melon and set aside

Add water, salt and a little sugar to the pressure cooker, cover and cook until steaming for about six minutes, then turn off the heat.

After the pressure cooker is degassed, open the pot and add the wolfberry seeds. Cover the pot for two minutes, then open the pot and add the chives and chicken essence. Serve.
