Fried Fish and Tofu with Garlic Moss

Prepare ingredients. Cut the garlic into sections about 3cm long, cut the fish tofu in half and then into thin slices, and cut the bell pepper into shreds

Heat vegetable oil in pan. It is recommended to use slightly less oil than usual for cooking, as the garlic moss will not absorb oil

When the oil is hot, add the garlic

Stir-fry over high heat for about 5 minutes, until the skin of the garlic turns golden

Add shredded colored peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute

Add 1/3 spoon of pepper and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce

Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes

Pour in fish tofu

Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes, until the fish tofu becomes soft and colored
