Braised beef with lotus root
Overview
There are still more than a dozen bags of dried eggs at home. I originally wanted to stew them for the children to eat, but Xiaobao had a fever and couldn't eat egg products, so I changed the dried eggs to lotus roots. It feels great too.

Prepare all the ingredients and ignore the dried eggs.

Cut the beef tendon into a knife and wash it with water.
