Soak the fungus in water for 3-4 hours in advance, wash and set aside.

Wash and drain the cabbage and cut into thin slices.

Cut the carrots into slices, cut the green onions diagonally into slices, and flatten the garlic and chop into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat it up over high heat, add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant, add cabbage, fungus and carrot, stir-fry for a few times, add white vinegar, salt, pepper and beef powder.
