  1. Mix salt, sugar and white vinegar, heat over low heat, bring to a boil and let cool to form sushi vinegar

  2. Pour sushi vinegar into the rice and mix well

  3. Fry eggs and ham, peel and cut cucumber into strips, wash and drain lettuce

  4. Place a layer of plastic wrap on the sushi curtain, place an egg pancake on top of the sushi rice

  5. Add lettuce, cucumber and ham, squeeze a small amount of tomato sauce and spread evenly

  6. Roll up the egg cake, gently knead it into shape, and set it aside for later use

  7. Take a piece of sushi seaweed, put it on the sushi rice, and put in the rolled egg roll
