Cut the frozen shrimps in half to remove the shrimp lines and clean them.

Add cooking wine, salt and white pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a tablespoon of cornstarch to make a paste.

Coat the marinated shrimps in batter.

Pour oil into the pot and heat until it is 60% hot, add shrimps and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown.

Remove and plate.

Sprinkle some black peppercorns.
