Grape Scones
Overview
I have always heard that scones are the simplest and one of the must-make snacks for beginners. However, after having been baking for more than four years, I decided to make them today. It is indeed super fast and delicious, and it is considered a success.

After the butter has softened, add the sugar and salt, mix gently, then add the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, and then mix well with your hands.
-
Just catch it like this. Then add the milk. Do not add the beaten egg liquid all at once. You should use a large spoon to mix and mix while deciding how much egg liquid to add depending on the dryness and humidity.
-
Look, there are tiny holes in the dough. Don’t get me wrong, I used ordinary white sugar because I didn’t have powdered sugar at home. After washing the raisins, use kitchen paper to absorb the water before adding them. Then put it in the refrigerator for five minutes. Take it out again.
-
Press the dough into a thick sheet, and then use a mold to press out the shape. (The only failure: too many raisins were put in and it was difficult to press. Later, I changed to putting small pieces of dough into the mold and pressing it out)
-
After arranging, brush some egg yolk liquid. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for twenty minutes. (The time and temperature are for reference only, as each oven is different)
-
Just lightly color it, because children may get angry if they eat too much.

When you smell the aroma that fills the room and take a bite, it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's really worthy of a thumbs up.
