Steps
-
Ingredients: Broccoli, garlic.
-
Condiments: vegetable oil, salt, chicken essence, white sugar.
-
Cut the broccoli into florets and soak in salt water for 10 minutes.
-
Chop the garlic into minced pieces.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. After the water boils, pour the broccoli into the water and blanch it (2 minutes). Remember to add a little vegetable oil (it can make the broccoli more green).
-
Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot and saute the minced garlic until fragrant.
-
Then add the blanched broccoli and add an appropriate amount of warm water to stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and white sugar to taste, and turn off the heat.
-
Find a suitable bowl and arrange the broccoli head down (with the broccoli root in the middle), trying to restore it to the shape of a flower.
-
Place a plate upside down on the edge of the bowl, hold the plate down, and quickly turn the bowl over.
-
Gently move the bowl away so that in the middle of the plate is a complete broccoli (the flowers I arranged are not very pretty)! Thicken the broccoli juice and minced garlic, then pour it over the broccoli and garnish with wolfberries.
