Peel the pumpkin, steam it over water, weigh 200 grams and put it into the bread machine.

Put 450 grams of flour, 40 grams of white sugar, and 6 grams of yeast in order.

The bread machine automatically kneads the dough for 18 minutes.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Knead the dough by hand 100 times to deflate the air. (My bread machine is stirring something else)

Take 50 grams of dough, knead 2 rounds of the same size, flatten one and roll it into a disc, don't roll it too thin; there is also a long strip, about 5 grams, 12 cm; there is also a small round, ready to make a bow.

Place the ball in the middle of the disc and press slightly.

Wrap the long strip around the ball.

Use chopsticks to cut out the bow.

The bow tie is glued to the long joint (you can dip it in some water to make it stick more firmly).

Make 13 hats in sequence.

Divide into 2 layers and place in a steamer to ferment again to double the size

Steam over high heat for 10 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes.
