Spicy potato chips
Overview
I remember when I was young, I often bought potato chips sold outside. They were very crispy, spicy and fragrant, but making them at home was fun and hygienic. I also feel a sense of accomplishment.

Prepare the potatoes, wash, peel and slice them, and prepare the onions and coriander.

Soak the potato slices in salt water for 5 minutes.
