Sesame paste

Sesame paste

Overview

Eat sweets during the Chinese New Year. Why are candies an essential snack during the Spring Festival? I won’t be making nougat this year, although it is more high-end and classy. We have struggled with it many times in the past years, so let others do it this year. Sesame paste. I have been thinking about it since last year. It should be the same kind as the sorghum glutinous rice of the past. The soft candy with sesame seeds adds a rich flavor. Biting the sesame seeds in your mouth is a great taste. Maybe this kind of candy will be more popular with the elders, right?
