Slice the bamboo shoots and shred the tofu skin;

Blanch the tofu skin shreds in water;

Heat oil in a pan, add bamboo shoot slices and stir-fry;

Add black fungus and stir-fry;

Add 2 and a half spoons of cooking wine, wolfberry and stock and simmer;

Add the blanched tofu skin shreds and bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar before serving and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
