Pour eggs, light cream, rum, and melted liquid butter into a large bowl, then add fine sugar and salt and stir evenly.

Sift together low-gluten flour and baking powder.

Pour the sifted flour into the mixture in the first step, and use a rubber spatula to stir into a moist batter

Add blueberry jam

Mix well with a rubber spatula. It doesn't need to be mixed very evenly.

Pour the batter into the mold, filling it 2/3 full.

Place in a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until fully puffed and the surface is golden brown.
