Purple sweet potato honey cake
Overview
In addition to the nutrients of ordinary sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes are also rich in selenium and anthocyanins. Selenium and iron are essential elements for the human body to resist fatigue, anti-aging, and enrich blood. Selenium, in particular, is known as the king of anti-cancer. Anthocyanins are the most direct, effective and safe free radical scavengers discovered by the scientific community to prevent and treat diseases and maintain human health. This cupcake was mainly made as a casual gift for my old partner. I only had 95g of low-gluten flour at home, and I only made 8 in total. I tasted one myself, and I just put the remaining seven in a large round plastic crisper to take with me. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures.
