Spicy Cowpeas
Overview
This is my favorite dish recently. I use rapeseed oil and chili to stir-fry cowpeas. It’s so delicious.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add a little rapeseed oil to the pot, add the minced pork belly and stir-fry until the flavor is released.

Then add a little dried chili pepper to the pot. The dried chili pepper should be soaked in water first.

After the ingredients are fragrant, remove the cowpeas and put them into the pot.

After frying until the flavor comes out, add a little salt to taste.

Add half a small bowl of water and simmer until the ingredients are cooked and flavourful.

Just add half a spoonful of fresh chili powder to enhance the flavor before serving.
