The vermicelli was soaked in advance, but I only used a small handful

Drain the water and put it into a plate

Cut loofah into strips

Spread on top of vermicelli and steam in steamer for 30 minutes

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and minced pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, add seasonings and stir evenly, set aside

Take out of the pan, pour in the garlic sauce, and serve
