Sauce-flavored duck head and wings
Overview
After braised spicy duck wings with hot pot base last time, I felt that the food was not enough, so I bought some duck heads and duck wings again. It doesn't matter if I don't have hot pot base, I will make it with spicy sauce instead. I used local ingredients such as bean paste and Pixian beans that are always available at home. The sauce is marinated with onion, ginger, aniseed, dried chili peppers, etc. During the marinating process, the whole kitchen is filled with the fragrant smell, which is really unbearable. The finished product is rich in sauce, spicy and delicious. It can be said: the taste is unique and very delicious~~~
