Slice sausage.

Cut and wash the Chinese cabbage.

Stir-fry the Chinese cabbage until soft and set aside.

Beat the eggs and fry them into egg skins in 2 batches.

Cut the egg skin into small strips.

Cut green onions into sections.

Heat the oil pan and fry the sausage.

Add silver needle powder and fry.

Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry.
-
Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar and stir well.

Add scallions and egg skin.
-
Stir well.
