Weigh all the dough ingredients except butter. Pour liquid-milk powder-sugar-salt-flour yeast into the bread machine in this order. Select the 10 dough button to start working.

Add butter when stirring for 15 minutes. When it shows 1.30, you can pull out the film. I didn't take a photo of this. Start fermentation.

The fermented dough will not shrink or sink when pressed.

Take out the dough, deflate and divide into four equal parts. Roll into a round shape and let rest for 15 minutes.
