Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: cut the pork belly into cubes (cut according to personal preference, some people like to cut it thicker, I like to cut it thinner), shredded ginger, green onions
-
Heat the pan, pour a little oil and fry the pork belly (press out the oil)
-
Fry slowly over medium-low heat
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and control the oil. Remove some of the oil from frying, leaving a little stir-fry onion and ginger
-
Pour in the pork belly and continue to stir-fry. Remember to add a little cooking wine to remove the flavor, then pour in soy sauce and Lee Kum Kee braised sauce and stir-fry for a while
-
Pour a bowl of water, add half a green onion, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
-
After the juice is reduced, remove the green onions, season a little, and you’re ready to serve
-
Put it on the plate, because I like to use this juice to pour rice, so I leave more. People who don’t like the juice can drain it
