Luffa and Meatball Soup

Prepare ingredients

Add minced meat to chopped green onion, salt, oyster sauce, starch and cooking wine and mix well.

Soak the fungus, wash it and tear into small pieces.

Peel the loofah and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, add luffa and fungus and stir-fry until luffa changes color.

Add 1 large bowl of water and bring to boil.

After the water boils, turn down the heat to low, use a small spoon to shape the minced meat into a round shape and add it to the soup to cook.

Cook for about five minutes, add salt and season.
