Overview
I often eat eggplants recently because they are pure green vegetables grown at home. Eggplant is a seasonal vegetable this season, so you might as well eat more of it. I always feel like I’m not doing very well with eggplant, so I’ll improve slowly. It is healthier to eat more steamed vegetables in summer. . .

Chop the onion, ginger and garlic separately, and cut the lean meat into small cubes

Stir-fried shallots and ginger in hot oil pan
