Wash and slice the pork liver, add cooking wine, starch, salt and cooking oil, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Leave the oil in the pot and heat it to 60%. Pour in the pork liver until it changes color. Remove from the pot and set aside.

Heat the oil in another pot, add onions, ginger and garlic, stir-fry the green and red peppers and stir-fry for a few times.

Pour in the reserved pork liver and stir-fry for a few times. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Continue stir-frying for a few times. Add a little chicken essence and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve.
