Homemade spring cakes
Overview
I wonder if mommies feel the same way. Children are always so picky about eating vegetables. They always worry about what vegetables to eat and how to stir-fry them every day to arouse their desire to eat vegetables. Whenever I bake this pancake, I always secretly rejoice and stir-fry a few more side dishes, whether they are what the children like to eat or not, and put them all in. When I watch them just enjoy the delicious food, I can't be a happier mother...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour the freshly boiled water into the flour and stir it with chopsticks to form gnocchi, and let it dry for a while.
-
When the dough is no longer hot, dip your hands into warm boiling water and knead it into a smooth dough. The dough should be softer. Knead a few more times to make the dough "strong". Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
-
Roll the rested dough into a long strip and cut it into small pieces of equal size. I cut the dough into three times the size of the dumplings.
-
Take an agent, flatten it, and apply a layer of sesame oil on the surface
-
Stack the two ingredients together
-
The two pills are stacked together like this
-
Press the rolling pin lightly a few times first to make the two doughs more consistent
-
Roll into pancakes
-
Preheat the electric pan, add the pancake, flip it back and forth on both sides, and bake until the dough is white and has little sesame dots, it is done
-
After taking it out of the pan, pat the pancake lightly with your hand and uncover it into two pancakes. Stack the pancakes together and put them into a clean basin. Cover with a damp steaming cloth to maintain moisture
-
When eating, just roll it with your favorite dishes.
