  1. Prepare all ingredients

  6. Add powdered sugar and cream of tartar to the egg whites, beat until coarsely foamy

  7. Add another 10 grams of powdered sugar and continue beating

  8. Beat until the whisk has soft peaks when lifted.

  9. Add another 10 grams of powdered sugar and beat until the whisk has hard peaks

  10. Take 1/3 of the egg white batter and add it to the egg yolk batter

  11. Mix well. Do not stir in circles.

  12. Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the egg whites

  14. Pour into the mold and put in the oven. Bake at 165 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake at 150 degrees for another 30 minutes
