Overview
Two days ago, a friend gave me two packs of Hunan cured meat specialties, one of which was authentic Xiangxi Wangjia five-cured sausage. The sausages are plump and firm in appearance, soft and hard, round and smooth.

Prepare the ingredients needed for cooking

Prepare a few slices of ginger and two green onions cut into sections

After unpacking, take two sausages and cook for 5-8 minutes

Cut the cooked sausage into slices with a diagonal knife

Soak the sliced sausages in boiling water for 10-30 minutes

Peel and clean the Chinese yam and cut it into pieces with a diagonal knife

Remove the tendons from snow peas and cut into two sections
