Prepare dry rice noodles.

Prepare cooked beef brisket, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, fish balls, water spinach and green onions

Boil water in a pot, add rice noodles and cook for two minutes (this kind of thin rice noodles cannot be cooked for too long, otherwise it will break)

Rinse with cold water

Lift the pot, pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil

Add beef brisket, fish balls, shiitake mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms and cook for a while

Add salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce and pepper to taste
