Stir-fried chicken hearts
Overview
When I went to the supermarket, I happened to see chicken hearts, buy one and get one free, so I bought two boxes. Because of its strong fishy smell, it is stir-fried with white wine to increase the aroma.

Rinse the chicken hearts twice, add Sichuan peppercorns and water and soak for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell, then cut in half.

Slice garlic and cut red pepper into sections

Cut the water gluten into pieces the size of a chicken heart

Heat oil in a pan, add dried Sichuan peppercorns, red pepper and garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant

Put the drained chicken hearts into the pot and stir-fry

Add white wine and stir-fry, then add vinegar and dark soy sauce, add water gluten, and sprinkle in five-spice powder

Stir-fry evenly and simmer for a while to absorb the flavor. Add green pepper and stir-fry
