Refreshing little cold dish------【Cold Thousand Shredded Shreds】
Overview
Qianzhang is tofu skin, which is how it is called in Wuhan, so if you follow the local customs, you must use thin Qianzhang for cold dishes. Thick Qianzhang is easy to break, has no toughness, and has a bad taste. Today I have served six cold dishes, and I am heading towards my twenty cold dish recipes. Since I have boasted about Haikou in front of my son, I can only move forward and not backward. Parents should set a good example!
