Onion Oatcakes
Overview
Oatmeal is rich in starch, protein, fat, B vitamins, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, calcium, iron and other nutrients. It has the effects of benefiting the liver and stomach, nourishing the skin and so on. Oats also have anti-bacterial and antioxidant effects, which can effectively increase the body's immunity and resist influenza in spring. Although I know the benefits of eating oats, I still don't like eating oats because I think it tastes rough. To solve this problem, I have to grind the oats into powder and make pancakes. I can also add some vegetables to it, which is more nutritious.
