Rape, Pork and Shrimp Box
Overview
Rapeseed has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, dispersing blood and reducing swelling. Containing vitamin C, its nutritional value is among the best among many green leafy vegetables. Because the growth process of rapeseed is insect-free, so rapeseed does not need to be treated with pesticides. It is truly a healthy food. Today is a hazy weather. It's almost noon and the clouds haven't cleared yet. I'm too lazy to go out to buy vegetables. I only have some rapeseed at home and no side dishes. I have to use pork and shrimp to make stuffing with the rapeseed. It was my first time to make rapeseed stuffing. I baked the box with an electric pan. Wow, it was unexpectedly delicious. Haha, there is another way to eat rapeseed.
