Pumpkin Sausage Fried Rice

The rice is cooked tonight, but suddenly I don’t want to cook anything. It’s easier and faster to cook rice, and you can eat several kinds of vegetables at once😁

Prepare ingredients

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded green peppers and minced beans and stir-fry for two minutes

Add pumpkin and sausage and stir-fry, add some water to the side of the pot, cover the pot and cook for two minutes

Add rice

Fry quickly over medium-low heat for two minutes

Add some sesame oil, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, and stir-fry with appropriate amount of pepper and salt
