Clean the tilapia and cut both sides with a knife to make the fish more flavorful and cooked.
-
Add a little more oil to the pot than you normally would for cooking.
-
When the oil is ready, put the fish down and fry until golden brown.
-
Fry over medium-low heat for about 8 minutes. Turn the other side and it will turn golden brown.
-
Cut a few slices of ginger and six heads of garlic.
-
Fry the fish until both sides are golden brown, remove the ginger slices and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Then add 1 tablespoon of soybean paste.
-
Half a can of beer.
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 minutes.
-
When the time is up, open the lid and it will smell like beer.
-
Put the fish on a plate first, and add a little cornstarch water to reduce the remaining soup over high heat.
-
Pour the fragrant sauce over the fish.
-
Cut some green onions and put them on top to garnish.
