Brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the rice cooker. Add the batter first and the beaten egg whites in three batches. Stir the batter well before adding the egg whites each time

Shake the rice cooker to see if there is any batter shaking in the middle. If there is any, it means it is not cooked yet
