Braised tofu with bean sprouts
Overview
In winter, tofu is the most commonly eaten soy product. The fresh tofu you buy at home can be roasted, stewed, fried, stuffed, or made into meatballs; it can also be frozen in the refrigerator and fried into tofu puffs, and then cooked in a pot. The taste is also very good. I still like to eat fresh tofu. Some tofu has a bean flavor and I can eat it directly with sauce. The tofu I made today uses very simple ingredients and can be served quickly. If you have friends who like it, you can make it together.

When the tofu pieces are all coated with the sauce, add water to cover the tofu. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low for a few minutes, and add salt to taste.

Add bean sprouts, simmer for 1 minute, turn off heat and plate. (A little water starch thickens the soup to make the soup richer)
